Here at PTEK we work closely with the customer and deliver their requirements and wants based on our in-depth discussions prior to beginning the manufacturing or fabrication process. This allows us to ensure we are able to source all of the parts required and develop a product for the customer to the exact specs they desire. Some of our products are custom-made using our quality name-brand cable, thus, making sure the product is water-tight to future-proof our products which are manufactured by hand in-shop by our skilled team members to order.

Once completed, the product goes through a rigorous testing regimen which detects any faults, which are rectified prior to it heading out the door on our overnight courier.
With our comprehensive testing procedure, we often go months if not years without any products being returned with issues, we do have, however, a comprehensive QC register, and if the looms are faulty we can appoint where in the process broke down and improve our production moving forward.The team at PTEK are always appointing new production processes, this allows us to continue to keep up with the demand of orders and cuts manufacturing time, which saves both us and the
