PTEK Ltd is dedicated to providing integrated wire technology solutions, wiring looms, component supply, sub-assembly and production solutions for manufacturers in which we are the leading in the heavy transport industry. PTEK provides much more than just our signature product, we are preferred installers for EROAD and KIMAX, and source components for customers based on their wants and needs.

OUR BACKGROUND
PTEK was developed with the intention of improving and evolving Truck and Trailer wiring systems to meet the requirements of the myriad new technologies that are continually being introduced to the industry as well as taking away the constant issue of wiring and lighting faults that have plagued the industry for decades, due to the harsh environments and rudimentary wiring techniques facing the heavy transport in New Zealand.
Over the years, heavy transport builders have changed and updated usual practices to accommodate needs based on supply and demand. For the team at PTEK, we are passionate about these changes as they allow us to stay flexible knowing the industry and supply, based on our key principles of Design, Technology and Innovation. We manufacture our products in the centre of the industrial triangle on the Hauraki Plains, at one site inclusive of 10 skilled engineers and assemblers. PTEK builds and supplies our products made to order, this means everything has elements of custom builds at high quality. PTEK is a family-owned and operated business that allows the active hands-on nature during the day-to-day running of the business.
